If
you are the System Administrator please follow instructions:

On the server machine Open Event Viewer. To open Event
Viewer, click Start, point to Settings, and click Control Panel.
Double-click Administrative Tools, and then double-click Event Viewer.

In
the console tree, click the FSWeb log.

Analize
the latest log entries.

If
help from "Functional Solutions" is required

On the Action menu, click Save Log File As.

In File name, enter a name for the archived log file.

Ensure that in Save as type, “Event Log(*.evt)” is selected (do
not use text format please).

Click “Save” Button
